Current positions include:

 

Instructional Systems Designer (ISD)

Experienced ISD needed to oversee development of courseware for US Navy shipboard teams.  Training encompasses multiple media formats for new and existing sensors on the most current Navy platforms.  Responsibilities include training requirement validation, document development, Human System Interaction (HSI) analyses, Human Performance Improvement (HPI) interventions, application of validated research methods, recommendations of alternative training strategies, media selection, courseware development, training device evaluations, and training effectiveness evaluations.

Requirements:  Degree in Education or related field (ISD major preferable).  ISD positions require MA/MS/MEd with 2 years’ experience or BA/BS with 3 years’ experience.  Senior ISD requires Ph.D./EdD with 3 years’ experience, or MA/MS/MEd with 4 years’ experience, or BA/BS with 6 years’ experience. Experience must include practical knowledge and skill in the application of a wide range of analytical techniques, especially ISD procedures, for the functional design of a variety of military training applications. Program Analyst

Education:  BS or BA degree in Business or Management or BA/BS degree with at least 24 credit hours in business, math or science. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An AS or AA degree in a Business, Management, and an additional six (6) years; OR no degree and an additional eight (8) years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.

Experience:  At least four (4) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline; and included in the four (4) years, there must be two (2) years professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapon systems development. Demonstrated experience in the program/project status and schedules. Demonstrated training/knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, life-cycle management of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series). Demonstrated experience processing program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs to include Risk and Should Cost management. H-60 experience is desired.

Note: demonstrated experience in risk and should cost management is not required for Sr Program Analysts supporting Configuration Management (CM) or GFE functions/programs. This opportunity is for a new program office opportunity that DSE, Inc was recently awarded.

 

Program Analyst, Senior

Education: MS or MA degree in Business or Management or an MS or MA degree with at least 24 credit hours in business, math or science. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: A BS or BA degree in a Business or Management discipline, or PMI certificate, or relevant DAWIA Certification Level III and an additional five (5) years experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management may be substituted for the MS/MA

degree requirement.

Experience: At least ten (10) years experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management; six (6) of the 10 years experience shall be related to weapon systems analysis and planning. Demonstrated experience in program/project status and schedules. Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, life-cycle management of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series). Demonstrated experience processing program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs to include Risk and Should Cost management. H-60 experience is desired. Acquisition Specialist Junior

Education: AS or AA degree in Business, Management or Finance or AA/AS Degree with at least 24 credit hours in business, math or science. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: No degree and an additional two (2) years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline may be substituted for a AS or AA degree.

Experience: At least two (2) years of practical experience. This opportunity is for a new program office opportunity that DSE, Inc was recently awarded.

Program Analyst, Junior

Education: AS or AA degree in Business or Management or AA/AS  with at least 24 credit hours in business, math or science.  ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: No degree and an additional two (2) years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline may be substituted for a AS or AA degree.
